PURPOSE: A device for separating chips from grinding oil is provided to smoothly separate the chips from the grinding oil by crushing the chips, and to effectively discharge the separated chips. CONSTITUTION: A screw shaft(24) is installed at the bottom of a hopper(21) into which grinding oil containing chips is injected, and rotates by a driving unit(30) and feeds the chips. A rotary member is fixed to the outer circumference of a rotary shaft(25) inserted into the screw shaft, and has a crushing edge. A movable member has a stopper fit into a cam groove formed at the rotary shaft, and moves in the rotary member. A filter net is installed at the end of the movable member, and discharges crushed chips. A separation pin(41) is supported by a support plate(40), and separates the chips injected into a hole formed at the filter net. A discharge unit(50) discharges chips passing through the filter net into the outside.
