发明名称 HOUSING FOR LINE SCAN CAMERA AND ERROR MEASURING METHOD IN MEASUREMENT OF ROLLED STRIP WIDTH USING THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: A housing for line scan camera is provided which is capable of obtaining accurate width information by grasping torsion angle of camera housing and correcting detection values of line scan camera considering the torsion angle, and an error measuring method in measurement of rolled strip width using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a method for correcting measuring error of strip width due to torsion of line scan camera housing, the error measuring method in measurement of rolled strip width using the housing for line scan camera is characterized in that an initiation step performed when camera is first installed comprises an initial first step of obtaining an installation height of the camera by an angle for the central axis of a laser point generator and a distance between laser output points in the state that line is stopped; an initial second step of obtaining length of object bodies per pixel from the number of pixels of images by photographing length of the object bodies using the camera; and an initial third step of obtaining an angle (α) of an extension line of the laser output points angled to a central line of a reference sample, and a step of obtaining rolling width when a rolled strip is proceeded to an actual line afterward comprises a step of measuring width (W') of the strip by line scan camera; and a step of obtaining an actual strip width (W) using the following mathematical expression by multiplying the measured strip width value (W') by cosine α: W=W'cosα.
