<p>PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus and method thereof for drawing treated water from wastewater treatment system of sequencing batch reactor (SBR) while removing scum floated on the surface of treated water and only discharging clean water without scum. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a decanter including a first bucket(11) filled with scum stop water(18) and with walls, wherein a front side wall(11a) is lower than a rear side wall(11b), a second bucket(13) installed in the first bucket(11) and with a front side wall(13a) and a rear side wall(13b) both being higher than the front side wall(11a) of the first bucket(11) and lower than the rear side wall(11b) of the first bucket(11), and a baffle(14) being higher than the rear side wall(13b) of the second bucket(13), which is installed in the second bucket(13) and dividing the inside of the second bucket(13) into a scum inlet space(16) and a treated water inlet space(15); a treated water discharging pipe for discharging treated water to a reactor, a plurality of treated water guide pipes penetrating the first bucket(11) of the decanter to connect the treated water inlet space(15) of the second bucket(13) to the treated water discharging pipe; an actuator installed at a side of the reactor and making the decanter slide along the treated water guide pipe(21); a scum discharging pipe fixed to the treated water discharging pipe for discharging scum out of the reactor; and a plurality of scum guide pipes penetrating the first bucket to connect the scum inlet space(16) of the second bucket to the scum discharging pipe.</p> |
