PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a side view white light-emitting device is provided to reduce the number of LEDs installed on a corresponding region by widening a beam angle. CONSTITUTION: A light-emitting chip is mounted on a lead frame. The light-emitting chip is fixed on the lead frame by using an adhesive. The adhesive is hardened under the predetermined temperature. The height of the light-emitting chip is 230 to 270 micrometers. The light-emitting chip has a wavelength range of 440 to 500 nanometers as a range of blue light. A phosphor layer is formed by adding phosphoric pigment into a mixing liquid resin of an epoxy resin and a silicon resin. The phosphor layer further includes a solid epoxy. The thickness of the resultant device is 0.1mm. A beam angle of the resultant device is 177 to 130 degrees.
