PURPOSE: A method for testing reception sensibility using a remote call in a digital mobile communication system is provided to confirm the reception sensibility with respect to a corresponding BTS(Base station Transceiver Subsystem) through a real voice by looping back a voice with a transmission end of a terminal and gradually increasing an attenuation value of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A BSM(Base Station Manager)(10) requests a power control off to the second MS(Mobile Station)(80) installed in a BDTU(BTS Diagnostic Test Unit) of the second BTS(60)(ST11). The BSM(10) receives information of the second MS(80), and sets a remote call between the second MS(80) and the first MS(70) used by an operator(ST13). The BSM(10) requests voice loopback to the second BTS(60)(ST14). The second BTS(60) receives the request, controls the second MS(80), connects transmission and reception ends of the second MS(80), and sets the loopback(ST15). The BSM(10) checks the reception sensibility of the second BTS(60) through the remote call setup of the second BTS(60) and loopback voice quality(ST16). The BSM(10) requests the increase of a variable attenuation value of the second MS(80)(ST17).
