PURPOSE: Provided is a device for agitating livestock excrement, which agitates the sludge and heavy metals settled in the bottom of the storage tank efficiently to improve the agitation efficiency, reduce the aging time and produce high-quality organic fertilizer at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a storage tank(10) for storing the composition containing livestock excrements and food garbages; a suction pipe(13) disposed at the bottom of the storage tank(10) that has a nozzle(11) at the end and an air suction port(12) for sucking the outside air at the top; a discharge pipe(16) disposed at the bottom of the storage tank(10) that has a nozzle(14) at the end and an air suction port(15) for sucking the outside air at the top; and a pump(17) disposed in the path(P) between the suction pipe and the discharge pipe, which mixes the composition sucked from the storage tank(10) through the suction pipe(13) with the outside air sucked through the air suction port(12) of the suction pipe(13) and mixes the composition supplied to the storage tank(10) through the discharge pipe(16) with the outside air sucked through the air suction port(15) of the discharge pipe(16) and discharges them. |
