PURPOSE: Polymer electrolyte having a certain structure of multifunctional isocyanurate monomer represented by formula 1, lithium salt, and non-aqueous based organic solvent, is provided to improve cycle life, safety, swelling property . CONSTITUTION: The polymer electrolyte comprises a polymerized matter of a polymer electrolyte composition comprised of a multifunctional isocyanurate monomer represented by formula 1, lithium salt as a electrolyte solute, and non-aqueous based organic solvent. In the formula 1, A1, A2, A3 are independently C1-C10 of alkylene, or C1-C10 of arylene; and Z1, Z2, and Z3 are substituents represented by -Y-X-CR1=CH-R2 wherein X is -(CH)m-, -C=O-, or -COO-; Y is -£CH2-CR1H-O|n-, -£CH2-CR1H-NR2|n-, -NR2-COO-, or -COO-; and R1 and R2 are independently at least one selected from a group consisting of H, C1-C10 of alkyl, C1-C10 of fluorinated alkyl, C1-C10 of aryl and C1-C10 of fluorinated aryl, wherein m is an integer of 0 to 10, and n is an integer of 0 to 5. |
