STRUCTURE FOR FIXING CORE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a core of a heat exchanger is provided to reduce the weight of a radiator, reduce the production cost, improve the performance of heat transfer, and improve the durability. CONSTITUTION: Two header tanks(10) are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval. A plurality of cores(15) are formed of a plurality of tubes(13) circulating a heat exchange medium by communicating the header tanks with each other, and heat-radiating fins(14) interposed between the tubes for exchanging heat. A plurality of core fixing elements(20) are wound on circumferences of the cores in a regular width to be fixed and adhered closely to outer surfaces of the cores. The plurality of core fixing elements prevent the cores from being deformed.
