PURPOSE: A portable complex computer is provided to include an LCD panel and a digitizer panel in a body for a webpad function and a notebook function, and to install a reinforced glass to a front face of a front cover with a gab in order to protect the LCP panel from external shock. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced glass inserting groove(111a) is formed around the front face of the front cover(110). Both-sided adhesive tape(121) attaches the reinforced glass(120) to the reinforced glass inserting groove. Frames(123,124) fix/support the LCD panel(122) to the front cover. A non-woven fabric gasket(125) is attached to an inner area of the both-sided adhesive tape by being attached between the LCD panel and an outer frame. The digitizer panel(126) is combined to the front cover by layering to the backside of the LCD panel. A supporting part supports the LCD panel and the digitizer panel. A rear cover(210) is combined to the front cover. A main board(180), a hard disk drive bracket(250), a battery bracket(265), a button assembly(240), and a stylus holder(220) are included to the rear cover for the computer function.
