PURPOSE: A method and system for providing a Web contents mobile phone using an E-mail are provided to provide diverse contents acquired from various Web sites to a person who desires to have the information through a mobile phone on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: It is checked whether an E-mail is received from a Web site which has a mobile phone function sending function(S302). If an E-mail is received, the E-mail is analyzed(S304). It is determined whether the received E-mail is valid through analysis of the E-mail(S306). If the E-mail is valid, a phone page corresponding to a mail form is generated(S308). A callback URL allowing access to the phone page is provided to a mobile phone number of a recipient included in the E-mail(S310). It is determined whether the recipient accesses the phone page through connection(S312). If the recipient accesses the phone page, data of the corresponding phone page is provided(S314) and charging information according to connection of the phone page is recorded(S316).
