APPARATUS FOR OPENING AND CLOSING COVER OF HIGH PRESSURE GAS CONTAINER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening and closing a cover of a high pressure gas container is provided to open and close the cover of the high pressure gas container by rotating a screw shaft with a simple tool. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure gas container has a container body(11) and a cover on the container body. A cover fixture(12) having an inner cover(21) and outer semicircular covers(22) are formed on the container body. The inner cover is tightly closed with a packing on an abutted surface against the cover fixture. A center support(31) of a screw shaft(32) is formed on the inner cover. Right and left threads of the screw shaft are engaged with right and left moving guides(25) fixed to the outer covers. A vertical screw shaft(33) is engaged on the center support of the screw shaft. The vertical screw shaft moves the inner and outer covers up/down.
