ARCHITECTURAL SOUND ABSORBING/INSULATING MEMBER AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for an architectural sound absorbing/insulating member is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and to reduce the manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for an architectural sound absorbing/insulating member comprises the steps of: mixing synthetic rubber such as EPD or EVA and inorganic powder; shaping synthetic rubber plates(11,12) by melting/injecting the admixture in compressors(1,2), then passing through a roller(4); and piling up/binding glass fiber sheets(13) in the multilayered structure.
