PURPOSE: A test sample fixing apparatus used for laser welding is provided to stably maintain a distance between test samples through a mechanical fixing mechanism of the test sample fixing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A test sample fixing apparatus(100) includes a base(10), a first fixing unit(60) installed at one side of an upper portion of the base(10), and a second fixing unit(90) installed at the other side of the upper portion of the base(10). The first fixing unit(60) aligned at one side of the base(10) and has a body(20), a plurality of lower supporters(30), a lower supporter lifting unit(40), and a clamping unit(50). The second fixing unit(90) has a structure identical to the structure of the first fixing unit(60).
