PURPOSE: A delivery man certification system and a method for the same are provided to enable a customer to check whether a delivery man, who delivers commodity ordered via an internet shopping mall or a TV home shopping, is legitimate. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an electronic commerce server(20) and a delivery company server(50). The electronic commerce server(20) receives purchaser recognition data including purchaser personal data and commodity data, generates encryption data based on the purchaser recognition data, and offers the encryption data to the delivery company server(50). The delivery company server(50) receives the purchaser recognition data in response to delivery company setting data, offers terminal data of a delivery man, corresponding to the purchaser recognition data, to the electronic commerce server(20), and downloads the purchaser recognition data and the encryption data to the terminal of the delivery man.
