摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a clad member of copper and aluminum is provided to improve a plastic forming property of the clad member by heating a copper plate and an aluminum plate in a different temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A scale formed on a copper plate(14) and an aluminum plate(13) is removed by performing a cleaning process with respect to the copper plate(14) and the aluminum plate(13). Then, a concave-convex portion is formed on the surfaces of the copper plate(14) and the aluminum plate(13). After that, the copper plate(14) is heated at a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees and the aluminum plate(13) is heated at a temperature range of 350 to 450 degrees. The heated cooper plate and the aluminum plate are stacked and subject to a rolling process in such a manner that the copper plate(14) and the aluminum plate(13) is bonded to each other.
