PELLETIZER ROTATORY CUTTER

PURPOSE: A pelletizer rotatory cutter with an improved structure is provided to more elastically absorb/disperse impact during a cutting process on resins and thus, to improve impact resistance and strength. CONSTITUTION: The pelletizer rotatory cutter is mainly used for cutting resins in uniform sizes, and has a circular shaped body(10), many cutters(20), and a lower cutter. The body(10) is at least 195mm in diameter and made of highly corrosion resistant stainless steel SUS group materials. The cutters(20) are formed on the circumferential surface of the body and tilted at an angle of 3-5 degrees. The lower cutter maintains a certain distance from the other cutters(20) and functions as a buffer for the cutters(20) to ensure that the resin is cut accurately.
