PURPOSE: A system for managing a personal database for registering to a web site is provided to enable a user to simply register to the desired web site as a member and protect the related information thoroughly. CONSTITUTION: A tool downloads/installs a personal database management program(2) storing a personal database(3) to a user terminal as a user registers to a personal database management system(5). The tool having the second security certification method performs encrypted backup and stores/encrypts the member registration information to a member registration information database(7). The tool analyzes a registration form of other web site(6) if the user logged in to the personal database management site wants to register to other site in a state that the personal database management program is executed. The tool extracts the items needed from the web site from the member database stored in the personal database management program, automatically transmits the preset items previously to the desired web site, additionally inputs the item not set by the user, and stores the inputted item to the personal database or the member registration information database.
