PURPOSE: An assembly for cooling a control module and a battery is provided to perfectly cool the control module and the battery while a vehicle stops by the intake of an engine. CONSTITUTION: An assembly for cooling a control module(18) and a battery(16) is composed of a housing(10) for a battery housing(12) and a control module housing(14). The housing has an air inlet(20) and an air outlet(22). The air inlet is connected under a front glass of a vehicle. The air outlet is connected to an air filter for the vehicle engine. As soon as the engine is running and sucks in air, an air flow passing through the housing is generated. The air flows from the air inlet to the control module housing and the battery housing to the air outlet, out of the housing. Accordingly, the assembly ensures a cooling both of the control module and the battery independent of the driving speed of the vehicle.
