PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to prevent internal and external air from being mixed by independently airtight-flowing internal and external air to upper and lower scroll cases, to improve cooling and heating performance, and to prevent frost formation on a window of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system for a vehicle is composed of an air guide duct(100), an internal and external air switching door(130), a scroll case(120), first and second blower fans(122,123), and a dividing device(140). The air guide duct has a space(101) at the inside and internal and external air inlets(111,112). The internal and external air switching door rotatively mounted in the air guide duct selectively opens and closes the internal and external air inlets to flow the internal and external air into the space. The scroll case positioned in the space of the air guide duct is divided into an upper scroll case(121a) having an upper air passage(36) and a lower scroll case(121b) having a lower air passage(37) by a separating wall(32). The upper and lower scroll cases includes an inlet unit(125) for flowing in the internal and external air and an outlet unit(126) connected to an inlet unit of an air conditioning case to discharge the internal and external air. The first and second blower fans are installed to the upper and lower air passages to rotate by a motor(124) and to blow the internal and external air to an evaporator and a heater core installed in the air conditioning case. The dividing device is disposed to the upper scroll case to separate and flow the internal and external air by contacting with the lower end of a plate of the switching door in an internal and external air separating mode.
