PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing food waste is provided to prevent environment contamination caused by discharged water outside by recovering and re-cycling steam and condensation water from a hot and dry process and to enhance thermal efficiency by re-using the steam and the condensation water. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a boiler(2), a distributer(3) connected to the boiler(2) and having several distribution ducts(3a,3b,3c) to provide steam to inner/outer steam lines; the steam lines having respective discharging pipes(5a,5b); a cooler(8) having a discharging pipe(8a); a condensation water bath(10) connected to the discharging pipe(8a) to collect steam and condensation water; a collection water bath(15) connected to the water bath(10) and a main water bath(13) and the boiler(2) to recycle and supply the steam and the condensation water generated after heat-exchange process. |
