PURPOSE: A TFT substrate is provided to improve the yield of the TFT substrates by operating an auxiliary gate driving circuit when a gate driving circuit is failed. CONSTITUTION: A TFT substrate includes a pair of gate driving circuits(410a,410b) apart from pixel parts(A) of an insulating substrate(110) by a predetermined distance. The gate driving circuit has the first to third signal lines(403a-403c), wherein the first and third signal lines are formed on the substrate, and the second signal line is formed between the first and second interlayer insulating layers respectively formed on the first and third signal lines. The first and third signal lines are formed simultaneously with gate lines of TFTs and the second signal lines are formed simultaneously with data lines. If a precise gate signal is not inputted to the pixel part by the short of the first gate driving circuit, the signal is transmitted to the pixel part by the second gate driving circuit. At this time, the first and third signal lines are disconnected from each other by laser cutting and the first and second signal lines are short, so that the second signal line is electrically connected to the third signal line. |
