PURPOSE: A public/private mobile communication network system supplying network management information is provided to collect network management information in a pBSM(private Base Station Management) unit for managing a base station and a base station pBSC(private BSC), and to transmit the collected information to a public NMS(Network Management System), thereby efficiently managing an entire mobile communication network. CONSTITUTION: An NMS(250) supplies a port number to an NMC(Network Management Connection) unit(310)(402). The NMC(310) connects with the NMS(250)(404). If the NMC(310) transmits a message for confirming port information to the NMS(250)(406), the NMS(250) responds to the message(408). If the NMS(250) requests to start transmitting a message(410), the NMC(310) transmits a message transmission confirmation to the NMS(250)(412). The NMC(310) monitors whether network management information is collected(414,416). If so, the NMC(310) transmits the collected network management information to the NMS(250). If the NMS(250) requests to stop transmitting the message(418) and closes a port connection(420), the NMC(310) transmits a message transmission stop confirmation(422). |
