PURPOSE: A sanitary hot and cool water cock is provided to easily regulate water temperature and prevent external contamination. CONSTITUTION: The sanitary hot and cool water cock is obtained by combining conventional hot and cool water cocks into one. When hot water flows out from the cock, the sanitary hot and cool water cock performs sterilization, and regulates temperature at one time without movement. The sanitary hot and cool water cock is mounted on a water heating and cooling device or a water purifier. A sanitary cap combined on the lower portion of the sanitary hot and cool water cock automatically opens and closes the sanitary cock with a spring part by water pressure, and prevents contamination of the cock.
