PURPOSE: An apparatus for correcting shape defective coil on mini mill is provided to correct the coil by inserting an inner diameter correcting means into a shape defective coil whose inner and outer diameter shapes are formed in an oval shape and stably correct the coil by supporting an outer diameter supporting means to an outer diameter part of the coil. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a coil rotation means comprising a pair of driving rolls(22,23) rotationally and axially fixed to roll driving joints(20) through bearing blocks so that the shape defective coil is rotated on the driving rolls by receiving a shape defective coil(1); an outer diameter supporting means comprising a plurality of supporting rolls(34) respectively fixed to a supporting roll base(30) through bearing blocks in such a way that the supporting roll base is positioned on an upper surface of the shape defective coil mounted on the coil rotation means, first driving cylinder(33) axially connected to a connection arm(32) fixed to a base body(31) fixed to a rear part of the supporting roll base, and a pressing cylinder(36) axially fixed to a rear surface of the base body; and an inner diameter correcting means comprising a pair of correcting rolls inserted into an inner diameter part of the shape defective coil mounted on the coil rotation means, a correcting roll liner on which a guide groove for guiding both shafts of the pair of correcting rolls is formed, link arms movably fixed to bearings inserted into both shaft parts of the correcting rolls, an operating bar for movably fixing an end part of the link arms, and second driving cylinder(46) axially connected to an end part of one side of the operating bar, wherein the inner diameter correcting means is removably inserted into the inner diameter part of the coil.
