DEVICE FOR GUIDING FLOW OF REFRIGERANTS OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A device for guiding the flow of refrigerants of a heat exchanger is provided to optimally change flow directions of refrigerants in being used as a condenser and an evaporator and to increase condensing and evaporating effects of refrigerants and the performance of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: In a heat exchanger having headers(11,12) formed in a cylinder shape and flat tubes(13) for combining a refrigerant passage to the header to communicate in the vertical direction for the longitudinal direction of the header, a device for guiding flow of refrigerants of the heat exchanger includes at least one vertical separating plate(15) formed at the header. The vertical separating plate vertically divides an inner space of the header to divide the refrigerant passage of the flat tube into frontward and rearward passages.
