发明名称 METHOD FOR COMPENSATING IMPACT DROP OF HOT STRIP STAND
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for compensating impact drop of hot strip stand is provided which optimally recovers speed deviation compared to an existing algorithm and reduces width necking of the tip part of hot rolled workpiece frequently generated during initial looper control accordingly by variably compensating speed deviation of rolling mill. CONSTITUTION: In a method for compensating the phenomena that speed of rolling mill is reduced as the tip part of a workpiece is being metal-in into a rolling mill in the hot finish rolling process, the method for compensating impact drop of hot rolling mill comprises the steps of estimating loop amount by performing integration after collecting actual rolling mill speed data after a hot rolling workpiece is metal-in into a rear rolling mill; and controlling speed of the rear rolling mill according to speed compensation amount and compensation time operated from the estimated loop amount.
