PURPOSE: A child lower anchorage structure for a vehicle is provided to reduce the strain of an anchorage by a constraining effect caused by the dispersion of force in mounting a child seat to a rear seat and to considerably improve safety for a center child seat by applying the anchorage to the middle part of the rear seat. CONSTITUTION: A structure for a child lower anchorage structure used as a fixing device for mounting a child seat to a rear seat is composed of a bracket unit(11) fixed to a vehicle body by bolts; an anchorage bar(12) of a constant length and a diameter horizontally disposed and carbon dioxide-welded to the bracket unit; and a striker(13) carbon dioxide-welded on the anchorage bar. The bracket unit comprises a combining unit(11a) having a bolt hole(11a-1) and an adhering unit(11b) to which the anchorage bar is fusion-welded and fixed.
