PURPOSE: A non-power failure power device of a computer device mounted in a bus is provided to supply a power to a computer device based on a PC which is mounted in a bus and operated stably and execute an unmanned operation by a self-controller and to protect the computer device by sensing elements, and executing a rebooting, a resetting, or turning off a power in the case that the elements which obstruct the normal operation are generated. CONSTITUTION: A voltage difference between a power generating device of a bus and a bus storage battery is sensed. When the bus is moved, a stability of the power is detected during one minute. The normal operation of a system is checked through a communication with an exclusive program mounted in a system main body. Powers of the system main body and a display device are separated, and reset, respectively. If an operation temperature is over five point centigrade, a power is supplied through a temperature sensor.
