PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an organic electro-luminescent device is provided to improve the yield and lengthen a lifetime of the organic electro-luminescent device by simplifying a fabrication process. CONSTITUTION: A non-coating part is printed on an upper surface of an ITO substrate(21) by using an oil-based material(25). An HIL/HTL water-based material(23) is coated on the supper surface of the ITO substrate(21) including the oil-based material(25) by using a spin-coating method. The oil-based material(25) is removed from the ITO substrate including the HIL/HTL water-based material(23) by using an oil-based solvent. The oil-based material(25) is selected from a group including organic paints, inorganic paints, and fat-soluble resin. The HIL/HTL water-based material(23) is selected from a group including polyethylene dioxythiophene and polyanilline.
