PURPOSE: Under crane tongs are provided to prevent accidents by stably and horizontally moving the load below the equipment frame without interference with the equipment frame in loading or withdrawing the load in the lower part of the equipment frame. CONSTITUTION: Under crane tongs(1) comprise a hook hanging unit(10) hanging on a crane hook(122); a rotating body(30) rotated and connected to the lower part of the hook hanging unit; a multistage frame(50) installed in the rotating body with extending and contracting; a hook(70) connected to a driving unit(60) installed in the rotating body, an operating wire(74) transferred by a guide pulley(72) installed in the end of the multistage frame and a wire(130) fixed to a load(110); and a level adjusting unit(90) moved back and forth with a detecting sensor and installed in the rear end of the rotating body to adjust the level of the rotating body.
