PURPOSE: A grill washing machine is provided to clearly wash numbers of grills in a short time and to easily clean and replace the grill washing machine by making the grill washing machine detachable and small. CONSTITUTION: A grill washing machine is composed of a body(2) performing a washing process and a buffer tank(3) for receiving washed grills(26,27), performing rinsing and sterilizing processes, and storing the grills. The body and the buffer tank are separated and an operation space is effectively used. Casters(15,15a) are mounted to the body and the buffer tank to easily fix and move the body and the buffer tank. The body comprises an input guide rail(4) in which grills are put; a discharge guide rail(5) formed at the side to discharge grills; circular brushes(6,7) arranged in the body to wash the grills; transferring rollers(8,9,10,11) for transferring grills; a filtering net(21) for taking foreign materials removed from the grills by the circular brushes; a washing fluid tank(14) for storing washing fluids helping to wash the grills more clearly; a brush motor(16) for controlling the rotational speed of the brushes; a transferring motor(17) for controlling the rotational speed of the transferring rollers; a washing fluid pump(18) for sucking in and discharging the washing fluid stored in the washing fluid tank through a nozzle(12); and a drain outlet(23) for draining the used washing fluid to the outside. The buffer tank includes a heater(19) for rinsing and sterilizing processes embedded in the lower end and a through-hole plate for protecting the heater. Through-holes are roundly and densely arranged at the through-hole plate.
