摘要 PURPOSE: A welding material with 300 KJ/cm heat input for improving toughness of a welding portion is provided to improve impact toughness of weld metal by adjusting the composition of wire or flux, and to increase the productivity and the stability of the product by developing the high heat input welding process. CONSTITUTION: A welding material is composed of welding wire and flux, and weld metal is formed by welding the material. The welding wire includes carbon of 0.03 to 0.07 wt%, manganese of 1.8 to 2.2 wt%, silicon less than 0.05 wt%, phosphorus less than 0.020 wt%, sulfur less than 0.005 wt% and boron of 0.0020 to 0.0030 wt%. The flux includes iron of 25 to 35 wt%, silicon of 6 to 8 wt%, aluminum of 7 to 9 wt%, manganese of 1.0 to 2.0 wt%, molybdenum of 0.10 to 0.18 wt%, nickel of 0.02 to 0.03 wt%, titanium of 4 to 5 wt%, zirconium of 0.04 to 0.05 wt%, calcium of 3 to 4 wt%, magnesium of 8.5 to 9.5 wt%, sodium of 1.5 to 2.0 wt%, sulfur of 0.02 to 0.03 wt% and boron of 0.10 to 0.20 wt%.
