AGING CIRCUIT FOR ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DEVICE AND ITS DRIVING METHOD

PURPOSE: An aging circuit for an organic electroluminescence device and its driving method are provided to prevent degradation of the organic electroluminescence device and to reduce aging voltage and aging driving time. CONSTITUTION: A number of pixels(42) are arranged on a cross part of row lines(RL) and column lines(CL) in a matrix. And a switching unit includes at least more than one aging AC voltage source to apply an aging AC voltage pulse to the pixels. According to each pixel, an electroluminescence cell(OLED) is formed on a pixel area of the column lines and the row lines. The first switch device(A1) performs a switching operation by being formed on a cross part of the column lines and the row lines. The second switch device(A2) is formed between a cell driving voltage source(VDD) and the electroluminescence cell to drive the electroluminescence cell. A capacitor is connected between the first and the second switch device. And a cathode port of the electroluminescence cell is connected to a cell support voltage source above 0V.
