PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homogenous and eye-friendly organic light emitting display device by reducing fluctuations of brightness due to wiring resistance and preventing crosstalk between the devices. SOLUTION: A light reflecting layer 130 or a light shielding layer 150 of conductive material is formed between the insulation films of the adjacent devices and electrically connected to an upper electrode 125 to reduce fluctuations of brightness due to wiring resistance, and to prevent crosstalk between the devices, providing a homogenous and eye-friendly organic light emitting display device.
