PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage case for an optical disk recording medium in which an optical disk recording medium can be stored without touching a recording surface of the optical disk recording medium by fingers and a printed surface of the optical disk recording medium can be seen in a state in which the optical recording medium is stored in the storage case as it is. SOLUTION: This storage case for an optical disk recording medium comprises a base paper part covering a one surface of the optical disk recording medium and a piece connected to at least one side of the base paper part through a bending line, the base paper part is provided with a fixing part fixing the center hole of the optical disk recording medium to the base paper part and a notched part into which one part of a periphery of the optical disk recording medium can be inserted.
