PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a combustion efficiency by additionally casting matter to be incinerated (additionally burning) in an incinerator under combustion. SOLUTION: A slide door 11 for opening and closing an incineration matter casting opening 10 is formed on the opening 10 leading to the incineration matter storage part 2 of the incinerator. A hopper 12 allowing the incineration matter storage part 2 of the incinerator to communicate with the inside thereof when the door 11 is opened is extended upward from the casting opening. An incineration matter receiving port 25 is provided in the upper part of the hopper, and a cover 26 is formed on the port so that the inside of the hopper can be maintained airtight. A damper installed in the hopper 12 comprises two large and small rotating plates 29a and 29b pivoted on the opposed inner wall surfaces of the hopper. The rotating plate 29a is rotated about a pivot 29c from a generally horizontal state to a state in which the tip thereof is tilted downward. The rotating plate 29b is rotated in the state of being suspended from the pivot 29c to open and close a clearance between the tip of the large rotating plate 29a in the generally horizontal state and the inner surface of the hopper.
