PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system operable with optimum energy saving. SOLUTION: An optimization controller calculates a coil temperature target value of an air-conditioning coil and a cold/hot water temperature target value of a heat source machine so that air-conditioning power requirement, which includes power of the heat source machine producing cold/hot water, power of a fan sending out air heat-exchanged by the air-conditioning coil, and power of a pump sending out the cold/hot water from the heat source machine, becomes minimum. A local controller controls the fan and the pump so that a coil temperature and a cold/hot water temperature are equalized to the coil temperature target value and the cold/hot water temperature target value which are calculated by the optimization controller.
