PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shorts giving no incompatible feeling to a wearer when worn, formed so that seams are invisible from outside and a sanitary napkin can be fixed to a regular position even when the wearer's body moves or her body posture is changed. SOLUTION: The shorts comprise a front body part, a back body part, a waist part composed of the upper end parts of the front body part and the back body part, and a pair of leg opening parts comprising a joint part between both side ends of the front body part and the back body part. A hanging part 30 made of a stretchable material and formed ranging from the inside center part of a front body part 10 to the upper end part of a back body part 20. By this structure, the napkin can be closely attached to the wearer's body to prevent the napkin from being displaced due to the body movement and can absorb fluid effectively because the center part of the napkin NP is pushed up to the crotch part side to be changed into a protruding shape.
