PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intalgio printing plate having recessed parts of a special shape, its manufacturing method and intalgio printed matter with an anti-duplication effect using the intalgio printing plate. SOLUTION: The intalgio printing plate has a plurality of recessed parts (12) formed in a plate material (7), among which at least one or more recessed parts (12) have a width (10) which becomes gradually narrower in its depth (9) direction and becomes wavy (11) in the longitudinal direction.
