PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make automatic deburring possible even in the case of machining materials which are liable to ignite easily, such as aluminum. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a cutter 20 that can remove burrs, which have arisen on work W due to the punching of a sheet metal, when it is pressed onto the burrs in a non-rotating state; the 1<SP>st</SP>driving mechanism 30, designed to move the cutter along the periphery of the punching unit and press the cutter onto burrs; deflection prevention member 40, installed at a point opposed squarely to the cutter 20 to support the work W; and the 2<SP>nd</SP>driving mechanism 50, which moves the deflection prevention member 40 while synchronizing it with the cutter 20.
