<p>A soft capsule preparation wherein a dispersion of (2E,4E,6E,10E)-3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2,4,6,10,14-hexadecapentaenoic acid in a vegetable oil is filled in a soft capsule having a light-blocking coating. The preparation preferably contains a surfactant such as polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate or glycerol monostearate. As the vegetable oil, use can be made of soybean oil, sesame oil, a mixture thereof, etc.</p> |
