Plastic crate with hollow wall for protected fitting for removable transponder

A plastic crate, e.g. for bottles, has a hollow wall at one end/side to hold a transponder. The transponder is fitted via an opening under the pocket and is clamped between moulded ribs. The hollow space can be secured by a press fit plug. The storage space can be designed to take a variety of transponders. The transponders can be fitted and removed without additional fasteners.
