PURPOSE: A prism matching structure of an optical engine and its check method are provided to make an accurate matching and to check whether a matching position of a prism is optimum. CONSTITUTION: According to the method, a UV bond is deposited on a prism attached plane of a bottom bracket(185). A prism is placed on a top surface of the bottom bracket. A zig light source is projected from a center hole bottom of the bottom bracket. The zig light source is magnified by a magnification mirror. It is checked whether a center hole of the bottom bracket coincides with a center mark of the prism through the magnification mirror with the naked eye. The center hole of the bottom bracket is coincided with a center of the center mark of the prism. A UV bond is deposited on the top surface of the prism. A top bracket(187) is placed on the top surface of the prism. A center mark of the top surface of the prism is coincided with a center hole(187d) of the top bracket. Then, it checked whether a matching center of the bracket and the prism coincide with each through the magnification mirror with the naked eye.
