Fabrication of glazed ceramics and surface tiles

Preparing glazed ceramics particularly tiles by applying enamels in dry but unfired ceramic bodies, dyring the enamels under infrared lamps and finally firing the resulting material. For this, 25-35% in weight of a mixture of clay or kaolin of relatively high granularity is mixed with the enamels. The tiles must be kept flat in the kiln.
