<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maker for inflammatory bowel disease(IBD), to provide a method for detecting IBD using said marker, and to provide a method for screening medicaments useful for ameliorating said disease. <P>SOLUTION: The marker for IBD to be used comprises a polynucleotide having at least 15 consecutive bases and/or a polynucleotide complementary to the polynucleotide, wherein the consecutive bases are included in the base sequence of either one of the following genes: FcγR IIIa, FcγR IIIb, Mig, NRG-2, hexokinase 3, HM74, REG III, LPAP, Mip-1β, L-serectin, EGFL6, IDO, IL-8, CD11c and TLR2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
