PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for structuring a cathode and/or an anode of an organic light-emitting display, and the organic light-emitting display.

SOLUTION: In the method for structuring the cathode and/or the anode of the organic light-emitting display by laser beam ablation, a profile of the laser beam is deformed so as to match with a periodical portion of a cathode or an anode structure to be structured later.
