<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular product of rice bran, having good dispersibility in liquid food products, creamy food products or food materials, capable of giving a rice bran-containing liquid or a creamy food product, and useful as food materials, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The granular product of the rice bran contains defatted rice bran and an edible binder.
