PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum tube amplifier in which wiring can easily be rearranged and adjusted and which is superior in design property. SOLUTION: Vacuum tubes 2 are arranged on a wiring box 1. The vacuum tubes 2 and other circuit elements 3, 4 and 5 are wired by the vacuum tubes 2 in the wiring box 1. The wiring box 1 is composed of an upper body 1a and a lower body 1b. The upper body 1a is connected to the lower body 1b so that they can freely be opened/closed. An upper wall of the upper main body 1a is composed of a surface plate part and a metallic backing part. Sockets are installed in the backing part and fitting holes corresponding to positions of the sockets are disposed on the surface plate part. The vacuum tubes 2 are inserted into the fitting holes and they are connected to the sockets. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
