PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterruptible power supply unit used for an intermediary device or the like of a CATV provided with a connector for communication used for communicating with a monitor installed in the outside, and having an electromagnetic shield for a connector part capable of reducing noise radiated from an FT connector used as the connector for communication. SOLUTION: This uninterruptible power supply unit is equipped with an electromagnetic shield means comprising: a conductive connector terminal block 2 for fixing the FT connector 23 for communication by being brought into press contact with a casing 8 of the uninterruptible power supply unit; a cable fixing part 2a integrally formed on the terminal block 2 for fixing the external conductor of a coaxial cable 27 on the wire connection side of the FT connector 23; and a conductive shielding box 5 covering the wire connection side of the FT connector 23 by being fitted to the fixing part 23.
