PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upload a still image or a moving image photographed with a terminal such as a portable telephone to an image processing server by a simple operation, and to easily prepare a home page including an album for browsing based on those images, and to cast a popularity vote for the favorite images of the album for browsing, and to leave only the images within a certain preference so that it is possible to enjoy the images photographed in a specific group by sharing and browsing them. SOLUTION: This image processing server connected through a communication line to a plurality of terminals is provided with: an image storing means for storing at least one image group including an image received from a terminal; a voting information storing means for summarizing and storing voting information associated with specific images in the specific image group among the images received from the terminal; and a display information generating mens for generating display information to be displayed on the other terminals connectable to the terminal or the image processing server on the basis of the summarization result of the voting information.
